Working with a broad clientele of adults, individuals as well couples, I use an approach tailored to your needs and intended to:
Address immediate concerns
Resolve conflicts
Decrease suffering
Discover forgotten strengths
Explore new ways of behaving
Regain well-being.

Together we address immediate concerns, self-care, and difficulties. I help you (re)connect to personal strength and resources. I teach breathing mindfulness, meditation, and relaxation.

In psychotherapy and analysis, we establish a connection to your own heartfelt values and the deeper personality. Dreams, feelings, thinking, body symptoms, patterns of relationship, and significant life events help discover your guiding spirit and authentic self. Dialogue, reflection, and interpretation inform this inner search. Bringing the unconscious potential into living reality can give purpose and new meaning to your life.

With couples, I act as a coach and guide to a mature dependence and deeper intimacy. Skills that protect your relationship can be identified, allowing for individual differences, and working through difficult times.
