22 years teaching Aikido with Mind and Body Coordination: relaxation, concentration, meditation, leadership for adults and children (4th Degree Black Belt). Private practice since 1998.

Minding Anger and Other Strong Emotions

In this variation on traditional anger management groups, we will utilize principles of mindfulness, meditation, cognitive behavioral therapy, and Ki-Aikido concepts to encourage men to rise above unhealthy emotional states.
• This is a men’s group for voluntary, non-mandated clients.
• Ongoing group is Wednesday nights, 7:00 to 9 pm.
• $50.00 per group; fee reduced based on income.
