Coming Home to the Self
Most of us grew up learning who we were somehow wasn't quite okay. To adapt and survive we learned to adopt a false self in order to gain the love and approval of our peers and caregivers, to fit into our culture and to minimize the pain we were in.
But wholeness and happiness are our birthrights.
Healing is the process of recovering the true self, so that we can begin to live authentically and flourish, instead of just cope and survive.
The therapeutic relationship allows for the development of a healing, trusting alliance where the hurts of the past can be worked through and resolved. Old, out-moded patterns of thought, feeling and behavior can then be released, new skills acquired, and the true self recovered and expressed.
Together we explore the beliefs and patterns that hinder you from living fully, that keep you 'safe' and separate from self and others, and from fully experiencing, expressing and enjoying your unique self.
As you become aware of and reclaim the parts of yourself that you have repressed, numbed or disowned, you are able to move toward a deeper sense of self-love, awareness, personal empowerment, ease and integrity, internally, and in your relationships with others.
This allows for an increased capacity to make more effective, self-honoring choices, so you are able to create a more authentic, fulfilling, joyful life-- a deeper sense of emotional, mental, physical and spiritual integration, which becomes the experience of Coming Home.
"We must be willing to let go of the life we have planned, so as to accept the life that is waiting for us."
Joseph Campbell
Happily Ever After--Surviving and Thriving Beyond the Breakup
In Chinese, the pictograph for "Crisis" is made up of two different symbols: Danger and Opportunity.
The break-up of a significant relationship is a challenging, life-changing event. In it, there is the Danger of defeat, 'failure' and self-destructiveness. There is also the Opportunity to grow, acquire new skills, and deepen the one relationship we will be in every moment for the rest of our lives--our relationship with ourselves.
It is this relationship we must more and more deeply come to love, honor and cherish. Then we can live Happily Ever After, no matter what the external circumstances in our lives may be.
Moving from partnered to single allows us the opportunity to look at the patterns and beliefs we adopted from our culture and families of origin. Old, outmoded habits of thought, feeling and behavior can be recognized and disassembled, and new skills integrated to manage the many and varied feelings and life demands that arise in such times of transition and loss.
We can then begin to rebuild a core of deeper self-love, awareness, personal empowerment, ease and integrity--internally, and in our relationships with others. This allows us to create richer, happier, more fulfilling, self-honoring lives, whether we continue on as single, or choose to enter into relationship once again.

Hypnosis for Fertility and Conception (HypnoFertility)
~Are you . . .
* Wanting to have a baby?
* Having difficulty conceiving?
* Having difficulty carrying a pregnancy to term?
* Considering In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) or Intra-Uterine Fertilization (IUI)?
* Wanting to try every option?
* Wanting to optimize your chances for success?
~
Sometimes getting pregnant is not as easy as we might hope.
You may have lost a pregnancy and are afraid to try again.
You may have spent years trying Not to get pregnant, and now need some assistance reversing the internal message that says ‘don’t!’
Our minds and bodies are profoundly inter-connected, and stress—conscious or unconscious—can affect a woman’s ability to conceive.
No matter the reason, HypnoFertility® (Fertility by Hypnosis) can be a valuable tool to support conception.
Learn to use your conscious mind, and your subconscious mind, to become an ally in creating what you want. Including becoming more receptive to conception.
~Hypnotherapy To Help You Conceive~
Statistics show that infertility has reached epidemic proportions.
Statistics also show that women using mind-body modalities to support conception have a much higher success rate.
Using a safe, natural state of aware, deep relaxation, called Hypnosis, you are able to open to and explore what is going on in your subconscious mind, and help release feelings, thoughts or beliefs that may be interfering with you conceiving or carrying a pregnancy successfully to term.
~What is HypnoFertility?~
Hypnosis is a state of focused, restful awareness. We are in similar states, naturally, many times throughout the day.
You may experience this as being very relaxed, or spaced out, or peacefully focused. Like when you’re daydreaming, or watching a movie, or engrossed in a book, or
driving on autopilot.
Throughout the process you remain aware and in complete control. You are able later to remember everything that occurred.
HypnoFertility® (Hypnosis for Fertility) is a hypnotic process specifically designed to support fertility and conception. It helps you to more easily be receptive to positive suggestions for conception, as well as release whatever may be blocking you from becoming pregnant.
Using guided imagery, you can learn to invite your body to be more relaxed and receptive during love-making or IVF or IUI, as well as help create a healthy, welcoming internal state, emotionally, physically and spiritually, wherein the fetus can thrive.
Thus, your relationship with your child begins even before conception—creating a loving state of positive expectancy, and opening yourself, peacefully and joyfully, to bringing in baby.
