35 years experience with adults and adolescents in individual, group and couples therapy. I do psychodynamic/Relational Gestalt/EMDR therapy with those suffering from early childhood deficits and abuse and those who want an intensive growth experience to become more creative and effective in their lives. Short-term therapy with those dealing with specific issues such as the resolution of depression, the treatment of panic or anxiety disorders, coming to terms with life choice and career issues, working through phobias, PTSD.
Group and couples therapy for those who desire to improve their communication skills and improve their relationships.
