Dr. Kurt C Webb, PsyD
I value collaborative relationships. From the first session, I'm sensitive to therapist-client fit, so that we can evaluate therapy goals or the need to seek other specialized treatment. I typically check-in and ask for feedback on what is or is not working. Honest feedback is encouraged, and I strive to create a therapeutic relationship that fosters trust to address difficult and unexamined problems. Treatment goals can be straightforward and explicit, such as learning practical skills to lower anxiety symptoms, and/or an insight-oriented approach to explore and develop greater self-awareness and self-understanding.
