Over the past twenty-four years I have practiced clinical social work in various settings: A Community Mental Health Center, an inpatient, free standing Hospice facility, two private mental health clinics, and in private practice.
In addition to a Masters degree in Social Work, I have advanced training in Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, group therapy - Certified Group Psychotherapist (CGP), studied Multi-Generational Family Therapy, and have taught at three local universities.
My approach is an integration of developmental, family systems, interpersonal and psychodynamic theories. I enjoy assisting individuals, couples, families, and groups to enhance their awareness, flexibility, and insight.
